Terms and Conditions of Sale (T\&Cs) – Izri Design

**Preamble**
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T\&Cs) apply between Izri Design, a Moroccan company with its registered office at 49 Rue Sidi El Yamani, Marrakech 40000, Morocco, and any person wishing to make a purchase via the website \[[www.izri-design.com](http://www.izri-design.com)] (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

**Purpose**
The purpose of these T\&Cs is to define the terms and conditions of sale for the products offered on the website [www.izri-design.com](http://www.izri-design.com).

**Products**
Izri Design offers handcrafted products, such as tableware and textile accessories made by Moroccan artisans.
Each product is unique and may present slight variations due to the artisanal nature of its production.

**Prices**
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR). They include all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
Izri Design reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

**Orders**
The Client may place an order on the website by adding products to the shopping cart and validating the order after accepting these T\&Cs.
An order confirmation will be sent by email.
Izri Design reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.

**Payment**
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure platform, or via PayPal.
Full payment is required before products are shipped.
Payment information is never stored by Izri Design.

**Delivery**
Izri Design ships its products worldwide, within the limits of the areas covered by its carriers.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided for information purposes only.
Izri Design cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the Client.

**Right of Withdrawal and Returns**
In accordance with European legislation, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product, provided it is in perfect condition.
For non-EU customers, returns must also be made within 14 days.
Return costs are borne by the Client, except in the case of a defective product.

**Warranty**
Izri Design products are covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
Any claim must be sent within 7 days of receipt to the following address: [contact@izri-design.com](mailto:contact@izri-design.com).

**Liability**
Izri Design declines all liability in the event of delivery delays due to carriers or cases of force majeure.
The company cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

**Intellectual Property**
All elements of the website [www.izri-design.com](http://www.izri-design.com) and the designs of the products are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

**Personal Data**
The data collected on the website is used solely for order processing.
It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
Izri Design is committed to complying with Moroccan data protection laws as well as the GDPR for European customers.

**Applicable Law and Disputes**
These T\&Cs are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
